Samsung released an Android 10-based One UI 2.0 update for the Galaxy Note9 on New Year's Eve. The update was only rolling to beta users but was later expanded to non-beta users as well in a few countries. Now, the Korean tech giant is seeding the Android 10 update for its 2018 Galaxy Note flagship in the US. But, it's only rolling out to the devices locked to US Cellular, Xfinity Mobile, Spectrum Mobile, and Comcast's networks.
